Downloading SWF Files - In the following tutorial I cover the process of downloading SWF (flash) files directly to your computer using the built in Page info / Media functionality in Firefox. It allows users to download flash swf file that may be embedded in a web page without using additional software.
How to Download Embedded SWF files:
First, if you do not already have it, you have firefox:
Firefox 3
1. Open Firefox and navigate to a Web page that contains an embedded SWF Flash files you want to download
2. Anywhere in the empty space on the page, right click and choose the option info page:
Info page
3. Next, select the Media tab of the Page Info menu
4. Scroll down the list and select the swf file from the list .. It should be listed as a type of embedded
5. Once an item has been selected, you can click Save As button to save the flash swf. File to your computer:

Note: If you want to play you. Swf files that have been downloaded, I highly recommend THIS Flash Player. Can be run from portable USB devices as well.
